Q: How does it work?
A: Bespoke IKIPPAHs - Create any sort of kippah from scratch. Choose the shape, fit, fabric, and color. These can be printed or embroidered on. This takes 6 - 8 weeks.
Q: What if I need a rush order?
A: Faster turnaround on a order is available for an additional charge of $60.00. Please email ikippah@gmail.com to see if your time demands can be met.
Q: Which payment options do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments, and all major credit cards and debit cards. Our payment method is secure and is provided by BMS. Once your exact order has been confirmed, payment is needed to start production.
Q: What is a minimum order?
A: The minimum order for personalizing is 60 kippahs. We personalize the inside of the kippahs at no extra charge. Any order for a quantity below the required minimum amount will incur an additional flat fee of $25.00.
Q: Can I get a sample before the order goes into production?
A: Yes, we provide samples via a photo proof. However we only provide the photo proof once the order is placed. Once the sample is approved the order gets processed.
Q: Can I order my own style / fabric?
A: Yes, we are able to produce according to a customers wishes, please email ikippah@gmail.com to start the process.
