Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your iKIPPAH! If something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused items in their original condition, within 21 days of delivery. Include your original packing slip so we can process things quickly.

Wrong Size?
We don't offer exchanges - simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Regular-Priced Items

• Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery for a refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the error was ours

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges.

Wrong Item Received?
If we made a mistake, we'll send a prepaid return label right away. Just get it back to us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Custom Kippahs
Custom orders cannot be returned.

In-Store Returns
Online orders can be returned in-store under the same policy above. Sale items remain final sale, even in person.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we provide a label, its cost will be deducted from your refund. For orders over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance — we can't guarantee receipt without it.
