    We want you to love your iKIPPAH as much as we do! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, or defective items in their original condition. Just make sure to include your original packing slip so we can get your refund or store credit taken care of quickly and smoothly.

    Regular-Priced Items:

    • Want a refund? No problem! Just send your return back to us within 21 days of delivery and we'll take care of it (please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable).
    • Returns after 21 days, unfortunately, won't be accepted, so don't wait too long!
    • Return shipping is on you, unless the oopsie was on our end, in which case, we've got it covered.

    Sale Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Snag those deals while you can!

    Got the Wrong Item? Uh oh, that's on us! If we accidentally sent you the wrong kippah, we'll send you a prepaid return label right away. Just get it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

    Returning an Online Order In-Store? Totally fine! Online purchases can be returned in-store, but the same policy above applies. Just a reminder, sale items are final sale, even in person.

    Please Note: We cannot accept any returns on Custom Kippah orders.

    Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we do provide a return label, that fee will be deducted from your refund. For orders over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, just to be safe, since we can't guarantee receipt without it.
